Hello my lovelies today I’m interviewing the down to earth travel blogger, Elise Tanriverdi. She is 20 years old and as well as being an influencer she also works a full time job as a nanny for two adorable children, and studies part-time for a Psychology degree. Elise talks about her favourite things to do in her spare time and how she can’t live without her snug coats.
What were you doing before blogging and how did you get in to it?
Before blogging I simply enjoyed taking photos, editing them and posting them and have done since being very young. I started to realise that Instagram was a place in which you could create unique pages rather than just posting everything you see.
What’s the best thing you’ve done so far within your blog?
The best thing I have got from my blog is all the collaborations with amazing restaurants and businesses, which I am incredibly grateful for!
Who is your biggest influence?
Some huge inspirations and role models of mine are @travelinhershoes @taramilktea @monalogue @gysea_lust @doyoutravel and many more! Most of these wonderful and talented Instagrammers inspire me every day and make me want to travel the world!
Best advice you’ve ever been given?
The best advice I have ever been given, and that I can honestly give anyone else is, is to simply DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY! Truly, I believe that’s the most important thing in life, and if you’re doing that, everything else will follow. Trust me.
What is a typical day in your life?
A typical day in my life is, 5am wake up, shower and make a tea, post a photo on Instagram, get to work, rush around and have fun with the kids, get home, post a photo again or engage with other Instagrammers, study, clean, go to sleep! Although it doesn’t sound that exciting, doing all this during the week allows me to have the best weekends, full of adventure and content creating!
What do you do in your spare time?
My favourite things to do are, find new places to explore, enjoy coffee dates and dinners in beautiful restaurants, watch sunsets and get close to animals!
What one product couldn’t you live without?
One product I honestly don’t think I could live without is… my snug coats!! (Oh and a phone charger hahaha, does that count???)
I’m pretty sure thats two things but I’ll let you off haha.
Best advice to bloggers.
Girls, (or boys), if you’re thinking of blogging or becoming an influencer then my best advice is GO FOR IT! Life is far too short, you should never regret not doing something!
Thanks for reading my lovelies, tune in tomorrow for my interview with Rebecca (Sheintheknow)
