Hello my lovelies, hope everyone’s had a lovely weekend! I’ve been home for the weekend to see my mum. We went to the cinema and saw the film Rough Night. I have to say bizarre film, but some parts funny. Definitely a girly film but got the humour like in bridesmaids so I’m pretty sure men would enjoy it too. I can’t wait to get back to Pompey though, feels like I’ve been away for ages!!
Today I’m talking about the Skinkissed Serum that Skinkissed kindly sent me. Bursting with vitamin C it’s great for hydration and that perfect glow. It’s also known to be ‘magic serum’ that rids of your breakouts, further breakouts and acne scarring. This I was excited about as I used to have acne, so got some scarring and occasionally have the breakout now and again.
I’ve been using it for three weeks now and the bottles nearly empty. It comes with a pipette so really easy to get out and apply. Your meant to use 4-5 drops of it, morning and night. The solution is clear, they did have problems with the solution earlier on saying that it was yellow and customers were saying it was staining their skin. Although mine was clear, I did see some yellow stains on my pillow and hands but thankfully it didn’t stain my face!!
After three weeks of using it I haven’t seen a massive difference in my scarring but I haven’t had as many breakouts. I’m not saying it worked completely and I have no more breakouts but they have kept them controlled. It does get rid of them quickly too! It is very hydrating, gives you an amazing glow so great for primer. Although, if your not a fan of tacky, sticky primer this isn’t for you. It goes very sticky on the face which took a while to get used to as I like my face to feel smooth not sticky.
I will be finishing off the bottle but I don’t think I will be purchasing this myself. I’m super excited to try other serums that people have been raving about and getting my skin to the level I want it to be.
Thanks for reading,
