NYX Warm Neutral Palette Review

NYX Warm Neutral Palette Review

Processed with VSCO with hb1 preset

Hello my lovelies! If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know that I’ve been loving this warm neutral palette from NYX cosmetics. My eyes have been sore and dry for ages so when they eventually got better, you can imagine my excitement. This palette is perfect for autumn. I haven’t had the chance to swatch any of the colours but I can tell you right now these are pigmented! NYX cosmetics is my favourite brand right now!

First of all I used the top row, lightest colour to cover my whole lid to give me a base. I do conceal my eyes but I just added this for extra coverage. I then used row 2, second to left in my crease. I always start light and add darker colours in later. I have to say even though this is a light shade, the pigmentation was on point. Next I used the third row, second to left in my outer v to make the crease darker. Two dabs of this colour and the pigmentation was insane. Don’t go mad at swiping your brush in these colours, you don’t need to! Lastly, I used the far right hand corner colour in the third row on my lid. This is my favourite colour so far in the palette. It’s a gorgeous, berry colour that is going to be so perfect for autumn. This is the finished look:

Overall, I am in love with this palette. The pigmentation is crazy for a drugstore product. So affordable as well for the amount of shades you get. No fall out whatsoever either! BONUS! I also picked up the NYX cosmetics cool neutral palette and I’m super excited to try that. When I was in store they didn’t have the bright palette, but when its back in stock that is going straight in my basket.

Thanks for reading and I honestly appreciate the support from every single one of you,

Sophie Joan x

I had been eyeing this palette for a while but decided to pick up the NYX Ultimate Multi-Finish Shadow Palette in Sugar High instead…and boy was I disappointed. It wasn’t terrible but it was definitely underwhelming. I am considering going back and picking this one up since I’ve heard such great things about it! Thanks for sharing! xo
