Hi lovelies! It’s the weekend! The summer is dragging for me now and I just want to get back to a routine. For all of you that don’t know I’m a university student at Portsmouth and I study photography. I hope your all having an amazing summer and having the time of your lives! Today I’m here to talk about my favourite nude lipsticks. I love nude lipsticks, whether they have pink or brown undertones, they go with everything. So here we go.
First of all I love the name, it makes me laugh every time. It’s from Soap and Glory and before I never would of thought to pick up a makeup product from them. I love Soap and Glorys body care range, but this lipstick is so nice. The colour is very pigmented, with pink undertones. The only downfall I would say it has is because it’s so glossy and very pigmented it tends to go everywhere. Especially for someone like me who when in a rush just whacks it on. For £9 though I would recommend this.
I love NYX. I actually picked up some goodies from them yesterday and I can’t wait to show you them soon. So keep an eye out on my Instagram. I love this colour (push up), it has brown undertones and even though it’s a matte finish it never leaves your lips dry. The formula is so creamy. For £7 these are extremely affordable.
I was very shocked when I actually liked this. Primark you’ve upped your makeup game! This lipstick crayon in the shade Ballerina is super creamy and lasts a very long time. With pink undertones, this colour goes well with a lot of nude looks. For £2 I mean who’s laughing. I will definitely be buying more Primark makeup to try out.
Now for my favourite brand as well as one of my favourite nude lipsticks. The Body Shop do such a nice range of colours and this Windsor rose colour is gorgeous. With brown undertones it’s perfect. Even though it does dry matte it doesn’t dry your lips out. Bonus! And it’s cruelty free! Winning! Definitely want to get some more colours! For £6 this is super affordable.
I hope you all enjoyed reading this
