Hello my lovelies! How is everyone doing. I hope your summer has been amazing and if your back at school/college/uni make the most out of it because as much as you may hate it, it’s all worth it (some of it) aha. Today I’m here to talk about the little haul I did at Boots. These products I’ve been wanting for a long time and finally I decided to treat myself. Yay!
L’Oréal Paradise Extactic Mascara:
There has been so much hype around this product that I have to say the media made me buy it aha. However, I was very impressed. The packaging is gorgeous, copper and silver go so well together. This mascara is meant to lengthen and voluminise. Well it sure did! The first layer of mascara made my lashes super long, not very black but I was super impressed with the length. Once I had let that dry and put on another layer the volume was amazing, my eyelashes looked great! I have quite long eyelashes anyway but this super defined them. For £11.99 this product was so worth the hype.
Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation:
I have heard so much about this foundation through YouTube and always wanted to try it. I love dewy, glowy finishes to a foundation, so this sounded right up my street! It’s bursting with vitamins, which is not only good for your skin but my god it smells amazing. This foundation definitely wakes up your skin! It’s meant to last up to 16 hours and I have to say I’m impressed. It wasn’t creasing in my smile lines, nor had it come off where foundation usually does on my chin and my nose. This foundation lasts a long time! For £9.99 this foundation you need.
Nyx Butter Gloss:
I’ve wanted this for ages! After seeing Holly Boon always using it on her YouTube channel, I needed it. I love nudes so of course I got the palest colour they had (fortune cookie)! The formula is super creamy. I do have to say I would recommend using a pale nude lipstick underneath, as on its own you don’t really pick up the colour. This is so gorgeous though and I’m sure I’ll be back for more! Only £5.50 I mean who’s winning!
I hope you enjoyed reading and remember to treat yourself once in a while.
